How it works

Scheduling

Once availability and pricing is confirmed, a refundable deposit needs to be paid. As soon as the deposit is received, we will send you an email confirming that the date is scheduled. The dispatch will contact you the day before to remind to you about the appointment and to ensure that all the details are covered. The day after the move we will follow up with you to check how the moving day went.

Packing

Packing services are included in our rates. Our experienced team will help you with packing anything from dishes and kitchen cabinet contents to electronic devices and contents of nightstands and dressers. We will provide mattress covers, wardrobe boxes and tools for reassembly services.

Billing

Once the truck arrives at the place of origin, team leader will start the clock and will stop the time once the job is done. Payment must be received upon completion of your move. Foreman can process your credit card by calling the office. We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard only. Copy of the invoice will be given once the payment is complete.

Double Drive Time

All moving companies are required to charge double drive time when performing hourly moves in the state of California in accordance with the laws of the California Public Utilties Commision (CPUC). The actual CPUC law is written as follows: ‘the time used shall be the total of loading, unloading and double the driving time from point of origin to point of destination.
